Rarobang coffee is a special drink from Ambon, Moluccas, Indonesia.
Ingredients (serve for 5):
3 cups of water
3 table spoon coffee powder
5 cm ginger (crushed)
1 cm cinnamon
3 grains whole cloves
1 sheet of Pandan leaf (chopped) – optional
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of roasted walnuts (chopped)
- Mix all ingredients, except the roasted walnuts, in a pan of water and bring it into boil.
- Strain the water from the ingredients into a cup/mug.
- Sprinkle with the roasted walnuts.
